A few more minor modifications completed, no pictures though:
-Installed my shin elastics/hooks.
-Put my helmet pad set back in my helmet.
-Installed a Trooperbay chin strap.
-Experimented with taking the lenses out of an old pair of glasses and taping them to the green visor. Seems to work well and you can't see them from the outside.
-Installed some foam in the lower outside of each thigh, in order to prevent them from looking bowed-out.
-Installed some shims behind sniper knee and foam inside shin to push the sniper knee out farther.
-Replaced my TD screws with #6 slotted pan head screws, painted black.
-Installed elastic to attach my biceps and shoulder bells, to keep them aligned.
-Touched up the white paint on all my bracket screws and rivets.
I'm hoping my fans arrive soon.
I think I'm ready for my first troop on 3/10.
