Portland visit from two Bast Alpha Garrison members

Hello all! My name is David (TK-8453) and my girlfriend, Mallory (ID-70119). Anyway, we're visiting Portland tomorrow until June 8 and we'd love to meet some fellow 501st members. Sorry for the short notice about this... I really should have thought of this before now, but I've been busy as heck.

We're heading up to visit two of our close friends (not 501st) and to see a little film festival they put on called the (correction)Portland Horror Film Festival. Then headed to Lincoln City for the weekend on the beach... but weekdays/nights we'll be in Portland. We'll have plenty of down time to meet for coffee or dinner (as long as we can bring our non 501st friends).

If it's too short notice, no worries. If you're ever in New Orleans and need a guide, let me know... I'd be glad to help if I can.

D'ah!.. If you were sticking around Portland this weekend, you could swing downtown and meet almost the entire active garrison! The Rose Festival Starlight parade is this Saturday June 4th, and it's our biggest troop of the year by far. 50+ of us will be hanging out in the South West park blocks most of the afternoon before the parade starts at sundown. I'll shoot you a text if my wife and I are free next week.. Enjoy your trip!

Unfortunately, no. I'm going to the beach this weekend.  I'll be back Monday afternoon though and we're leaving Wednesday afternoon.
