So I only need to shim the right thigh.  The left is larger. I will add a 1 1/2" shim and trim it down.  My shins are almost done.  I just need to glue the elastic and hooks inside and my shoulders are done.  Unfortunately I can't take pictures of them on me so no pics.

What I have left:
- shim right thigh
- attach ammo pack
- attach sniper knee
- cut 1/2" from back plate and recheck fit
- build and trim arms
- trim down hand plates and sew to gloves
- attach fans inside of bucket and Velcro iComm in chest
Done!
Piece of cake

Just about done!

Tonight I'll finish the straps for the thighs and put foam in the arms and below the sniper knee.  I also need to glue on button plates.  I'm planning to take submission pictures on Wednesday!!

What pads did you use in your helmet. I ordered some from amazon, but they are additions to existing pads.
Are they the Oregon Ballistic ones?
