As for food capsules, try looking around the Rebel Legion forum and I'm sure someone could help you. I bought mine from someone on the Rebel Legion who also made my belt and leather pouches.

Like the Custom Saber Shop mentioned, pretty much all of the lightsaber creators also sell the covertec clips, most all about the same price, as well as places like eBay and Amazon etc.
