What exactly are you trying to do with said image?
If you want it placed on to an already existing belt buckle, ie like
a Tie fighter pilot belt bucket, a template would need to be made
and then sand blast the image onto a piece of stainless steel,
or aluminum (falcon) buckle. (I have a buddy that can do this)
Another route is having it laser etched onto a buckle.
I think Chadrice does this.
If you're looking for that exact image as a belt buckle it self,
I would recommend you have it CNC Mapped, and have
one machined. I'd expect this method to be expensive, but
the quality would be flawless.
(No idea at choices here)
Another option is to have one sculpted in wax, then a mold would
be made of said sculpture, and finally a blacksmith would poor liquid metal,
bronze/iron/copper/whatever, into the mold and boom metal belt buckle.
(Kurtis does this, but you're gonna be waiting a long while and it won't be cheap)
Or you could have one fabricated by somebody with a metal shop.
(Dan, Spitfirescout, can do this)
