the Vancouver troop was good. I showed up to spot at 8 when they were over at B&N, kinda quiet but fun. Not many people over at the movie theater but we still got a good bit of exposure, handed out flyers for the Dornbecers troop.
Movie was good, geared more towards kids though in all honesty. I'm a student at the Art Institute in Video Game Design, so there are some technical things that i could go off on but i'll refrain :)

Hi Everyone,

I came to check the photos from the Vancouver event.  I'm the Jedi in the brown tunic in the last photos.

The Troopers I met were really great and complimented my costume.  That encouraged me to sign up! I have my application in for the Rebel Legion.

I live in Vancouver, but I signed up for the Oregon base.  I am much more likely to attend events in Portland than in Seattle. I hope that was a reasonable thing to do.

I will definitely check the forums from time to time.  If my application gets accepted, then I might see some of you at events down the road.
