Okay so I am taking over starlight parade patch hand out and pay out. The patches are going to cost $5 per patch. I think we are going to have a total of 98 patches to hand out. The Patch will pay Starlight and additional goodies we hand out over the year. For the people who have already paid Tony $10 for the parade you will be added to the list for 2 patches. If you want more patches you can either paypal me (not prefered) or give me cash at starlight(best and most preferd method). Patches will be handed out at Starlight Parade.
