Good afternoon,

I work for the Evergreen Aviation Museum and IMAX Theater in McMinnville, Oregon.  We are planning a Halloween party on Saturday, October 27th.  We are going to have a costume contest, pumpkin carving contest, trick-or-treating, prizes, and a clown and petting zoo.  I was wondering if your group would be willing to make an appearance.  Our party takes place from noon to 3:00.  Please let me know if you are interested, available, and if there is anything I need to do to get you guys out here!

That's a visitation weekend... with something to do for the kids I might be able to make this one (for a change)  I'll have to get my TD repaired... the RC is still to far from being completed properly.

I'm totally down!  My brother in law works out there and he's a HUGE Starwars freak.  He'll love it.  I just have to clear it from work though but it shouldn't be an issue!

I have updated the title because I made a booboo.  The event is 12pm to 3pm, I put the time as 11am in the title so people know to show early and get ready before the event starts.
