EVENT DESCRIPTION: Halloween/harvest festival focused on kids activities. The Klamath Falls Downtown Association is a non-profit group of business owners, professionals, and property owners all working together to create, maintain, and promote a vibrant downtown community. Scarecrow Row is one of their major events. Trooping will involve interacting with the public on Main Street.

It was a beautiful day to troop! The weather was on our side. I spoke with the Director of Klamath Downtown Association and we came up with some ideas to make SWO bigger and better for next year!
