WHAT: The Kids Dash
WHERE: Grant Pass High School Russ Werner Field in Grants Pass, OR 997526
DATE: Saturday, June 1st
TIME: At your conveinence  between 9 and noon
CAUSE:
KidZone Community Foundation
Our mission is to promote physical activity for children, teens and their families.
PARKING: plenty of parking at multiple high school lots - free
CHANGING AND STORAGE: Large van which will be monitored
COSTUME REQUESTS: Come as you are or wish to be!
BLASTER POLICY: No Blasters, Lightsabers are fine
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend

ANYTHING ELSE: We have already invited Concordia Clan.  More the merrier! If we
could have the characters here at 8:30 that would be great as that is
when the gates open.  The event is finished at 11:45, but if you are not
able to stay for the entire duration, that is ok too.

Please roster me for this one. Also to those of you who have done this event in the past, is this one where it's good to be there the whole time, or is there like a kick-off time or something of that sort where it's better to be there for, especially if time is limited?

I forgot to take any, but I did see a photographer there who I know from elsewhere, camera in hand, taking pictures. I would be happy reach out if we're looking for picture proof we were there, or just to have something?
