WHERE: 2828 Chad Dr, Eugene, OR 97408
TIME: 12p-4p arrive with enough time to gear up and be ready at noon
DATE: MAY 25TH
PARKING:yes free parking in lot
CHANGING AND STORAGE: yes we will kick managers out of there offices to help get you all accommodations for changing and storage
ANYTHING ELSE: we can provide food and drinks to the troopers to say thank you for helping raise funds for the kids!!!

They are open during most days in May. He sent me a calendar of days that don’t work, but it is too big to attach here. I can send it to whoever sorts out stuff like this.

yes I have made contact!!!!! thanks James for being the inbetween for this all email attempts came back as undeliverable but Im texting Chris right now and will have an update hoping for as soon as tonight so sit tight troopers!!!!

ok just got off the phone with Chris our event host and hes leaving the time AND date up to us he stressed that friday saturday or sunday would be the best days for the event and even said he would like to see us more than once so lets work a time that fits everyone otherwise Ill have to act as a dictator and make the time up LOL also he was asking if we have props or back drops to please bring them along!!!!

we have the 4th 18th and 26th available for saturdays he would like us to be there as much as possible what time works for everyone? I think we need to come up with a solid time that works for everyone I dont want to dictate a time but the event host is really anxious to know if we will make it
