WHAT: Kids and Teen Comic Con

TIME: Ready to go by 145 to mingle/greet at event open. Dress down around 430.
CAUSE: Eugene Public Library
EPL's 2nd Kids and Teen Comic Con
PARKING: As before, there is a gravel lot just passed the public lot at the community center. Free parking.
CHANGING AND STORAGE: We'll have the same little classroom as before, set apart from the event, behind a door. It does lock, but library staff may not have a key. We're considering inviting the "local" ghostbusters, and sharing space would be required.
COSTUME REQUESTS: Any and all!
BLASTER POLICY: Please leave all toys at home including lightsabers.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend
OTHER DETAILS: EPL Youth Services staff is hosting their 2nd annual comic con for kids and teens (5-19). There will be workshops, activities, and a cosplay contest. SWO is requested to add to the atmosphere.
ANYTHING ELSE: Youth-focused event (5-19). Probably we'll be mostly outside, last year there was plenty of shade, but it was pretty warm in the sun. There will be a dedicated photo booth space, and it'd be great if we could rotate through there if we're comfortable taking pics with kids. Also, I'm Jasand on the forums (ID 13085) and will be both trooping and event host. Happy to answer questions in the boards.
