WHAT: Level Beer May the Fourth Beer Release Party
WHERE: Level Beer, 5211 NE 148th Ave in NE Portland
DATE: Saturday, May 4th
TIME: 2pm-8pm
CAUSE: Doernbecher Foundation
PARKING: We have a very large parking lot.
CHANGING AND STORAGE:
We have several single person bathrooms, plus our office and event space as possible staging/storage areas.
COSTUME REQUESTS: Anything family friendly is welcome
BLASTER POLICY: Blasters and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend
OTHER DETAILS:
We do a Star Wars beer release and party for May the Fourth every year, and several members have come and trooper for it before, we'd love to have you guys out again if anyone wants to show up. We'll cover any beers you might want!

There is no specific time since this event is all day long... I think a lot of us are thinking of doing this as the last troop and having a beer together Celebrating another May the 4th.

The host has asked if by chance the 'droid dudes' are available..... anyone that has done this event previously, was it droid builders or did perhaps Mike Kraemer, Mike Halstead, Luke Killam, or any others bring droids last year? (theoretical question is all, not looking for an answer) The host was told we would let the droids know, but can't guarantee anything. They are always happy to have any of us attend. Just passing message along
