Eugene Public Library Foundation
Eugene Public Library Foundation supports Eugene Public Library in its efforts to inspire lifelong learning and to enrich the entire community. Eugene Public Library Foundation hosts a large, ticketed fundraiser every spring to fund a need suggested by Eugene Public Library.


PARKING: library has a no cost parking lot
CHANGING AND STORAGE:
arrangments have been made for a change and storage area
COSTUME REQUESTS:
We are welcome to all (less revealing) costume types, and are happy to have any volunteers that are available, but do have a preference for rebel/good guy costumes.
BLASTER POLICY: Blaster and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend

Booked for the Evening is the premier benefit event for the Eugene Public Library Foundation. The event helps raise funds for the enhancement of Eugene Public Library, programs and materials. Booked for the Evening has raised funds for children’s literacy, the Maker Hub, and more.

Could we get a clarification on the time for this? It reads as 15 minutes. Not sure if that is correct and if it overlaps the Eugene symphony or not. The locations are pretty close.

Sort of double booked. I’m doing the symphony till 7:30ish I think. Will people still be around for the end of this stretch to make it worth stopping by?

I don't know what's going on with donors and the event, but I will definitely be there after 730.  I'm giving the donors tours of the children's room until 730, so I'm planning on doing a little wandering and mingling after.
