PARKING: We do have several spaces in the above ground parking lot as well as some parking in the underground garage (handy if it's raining!)
CHANGING AND STORAGE: There are two storage type rooms in our meeting space that the troopers could use. Both rooms are lockable so they could safely store any personal belongings in there for the duration of the event.
BLASTER POLICY: blasters and lightsabers are ok
OTHER DETAILS: the event fun includes craft activities, a photo booth (it would be great to have the storm troopers participate with this), and library scavenger hunt

The Library reached out to me today through my supervisor, not knowing that I'm part of SWO, because she heard that I do costuming and wanted to ask me to come to the event. 

But that's not the point here. Apparently the event is 3-4:30, not what they had initially said it was. Just wanted to let everyone know.

I won't be back from PDX blood drive in time for this, sadly. How about anyone near Corvallis, especially Rebel Scum© for a Philomath wedding later in the evening? I can be back in time for that, but would prefer some company, and they want to split the parties by light/dark side rather than bride/groom.. anyone? Anyone?
