New forum field for "real name"

Hi everyone!

With the influx of new members we've had lately, those of us with tired brains are finding it harder to keep track of and remember everyone's names. To help put a name to a face to an avatar to a username, we've added a field to your profile where you can add your real name.

If you want to put your first and last name, great! First name and last initial? Perfect! At least your real first name? Please!

Here's how you do it (on a computer):
1. Hover over the Profile link near the top of the page and click Forum Profile.
2. Scroll to the bottom.
3. Type your name in the Real Name box.
4. Click [Change profile].
