Welcome! I'm no officer, but yes, all 501st approved costumes are allowed :) I hope to build a Shadow Guard costume myself one of these days!

If you are interested in a Shadow Guard, then you should check out the Sovereign Protectors at http://www.forcepike.net/index.html

You use the detachment website to find all the information you need to get started on your costume.

Hi Lori! Welcome!  Yeah, whitearmor.net is pretty overwhelming at first.  I'm 2/3 the way through my TK right now, looking to join up with CCG officially this Spring.  I've been scouring that website daily for almost a year now.  Feel free to PM if you have any questions!
