So I was enjoying my, daily, stroll through Make Magazine's blog site when I found this.  It is a website for a guy that built his own land speeder.  A word of caution your connection may slow down a bit.

Dude!  8) Very cool.
I know some sandies that would really want to have that around. Heck having that thing at any of our trooping events is sure to bring in the crowd.

What about that Delorean in the background? "88 miles per hour!"

Carry a lot of back up batteries! That site said that he can go several miles on before the battery runs out of juice. Still, it is pretty frelling cool!
