Ya, the cannon rules are wierd.  They say no white or black, but there are Jedi in the comics and books who wear white and black... They say earth-tone colors, but there are Jedi with blues and reds in the comics and books... Sigh.  It still looks great.

Forget that..... submit it as a New Jedi Order Jedi and not as a generic Jedi, prequel Jedi, or what have you, and it should get approved in the Rebel Legion. If I were you, I would seriously consider it.
