Zombie Plan
« on: January 22, 2008, 01:51:06 AM »
Hey guys, I thought I'd share some photos of my gunshow creation from last weekend. It's a Mossberg Watchdog with all the trimmings...

All you have to do is live on the second story.  Zombies can't climb stairs.  Or, live in a loft with a ladder up.

Okay, now I have to draw the line...

I live in a world with a long range scope that can compensate for gravity, distance, windage, temperature, and land a shot at the maximum effective range of a weapon... and the larger rifle version is better.

But, how lazy does someone have to be to need a laser sight on a bayonet???  I mean, I can unerstand labeling "This side toward enemy" on a claymore just so the Air Force will know how to use them, but laser sight on a bayonet?  Even Navy can generally poke what they aim at with those things!

What next?  Putting a laser sight on a laser?  This way you can use a laser to see where your laser is going to hit?

And... back to the topic of this thread... what good is a bayonet against a zombie?  They don't need those organs you are poking at with your pointy poker!  All you are doing is letting them get within scratching range!  That is just plain dumb!  Now, if it were an under-slung hatchet or axe, that would be a zombie fighter!  But a bayonet with a laser sight?

That's it, I quit!

Plus the shotgun is really just a back up weapon anyway.

Kel-Tec Sub 2000 and Glock 17 being the primarys :)

And if I have the distance theres always the good ole fashion M1

sounds like your going to have to have a target shooting party instead of an armor party. All i have is an old lever action .22. Great for plinking though.
