ooooo good advice, but since the work surface he's dealing with is small it should be fine, Yay! for experimentation :D

Ya, it's for plugging the screw holes and a couple of minor molds on the edges of the pieces that don't fit together.  I don't need as much of the bondo as the tubs come in, so this stuff is a little better for the size of my project.  I also don't need to worry much about cracking because I'll be putting two coats of paint as well as the nickle colored weathering and the finish coats.

Oh, also, how hard would it be to get a shell in the shape of an E-11 which can hold a pistol-style RC car control?  I had a cool idea about a MSE-6 droid...

For the seam you'll probably be ok. If the seam is long, you may just want to use straight up bondo. Trust me, I've tried the Spot Glazing putty and it's not the best catch-all. But we'll have real bondo and be mixing it up for whoever needs it. If you have some backing behind your small screw holes, I'd still use bondo.

Question, when assembling TK armor, is it good to have clamps to hold halves together as they glue?

Honey, exactly how many versions of the Imperial March do you have and how many times can you play them before the station manager decided to give you a Force necktie?

Hey I just got some scout armor from Martin.  I am planning on coming to the armor party, if that is alright?  I am not part of the 501st yet but I would like to join once I get my armor put together.

I'm not of the 501st either, but Volund has some projects that he's bringing to get himself into the 501st and he'll be there.

Hesh, come on down to the armor party.... I am bringing my black scout armor as well. It will be a hoot. I've never put scout armor together, so it will be a learning process for both of us!
