Aluminum Tap and threading assistance

Hey, just asking super quick. I have a lightsaber I need to mod with one threaded tap, widening a switch port, and tapping a few vents. Does anyone already have taps or more knowledge that I can use or connect with?
Thanks in advance.

I might be able to help.
Do you have some photos and more specifics about sizes etc.
Where are you located? I'm in Happy Valley.
Cheers

That would rock. I'm in Forest Grove, but totally can meet you wherever. I'll post pictures tonight.
Update:
I was needing to add another threaded hole (first picture) for a tension screw
Widen this (second picture) for a switch slightly
Add a Covertec wheel (so another threaded hole in third picture)
And some vents for a speaker ( so some holes for sound to escape in the base)
If I'm crazy to try to add all that junk, let me know!

What thread count do you need?
