Alright, folks. I've looked up our spot, and it looks like we're #168 in line. City Center Parking and Parking NW on 9th Ave are the closest parking spots to our staging area. There's a Hampton Inn that I've reached out to nearby about using their conference room as a changing/storage area so we don't have to wait in kit for over two hours in the heat again like last year. The rate for the conference room is $50/hour. I'm waiting on the hotel to get back to me with the contracts and details, but I'm thinking we'd be good with 4-5 hours, so the rate would be about $250. Once I get confirmation from the hotel on a total amount, and we get a head count, I'll post with a cost per member. Cheers.
