Linn County Fair & Expo Center, 3700 Knox Butte Rd E, Albany OR 97321 in Albany, OR
DATE: Saturday, December 7th
TIME: 12p-4p I know itll be tough to have everyone stay for 4 hours so were needing people to spread themselves out to make sure we have coverage for the entire time 
CAUSE:
Christmas Storybook Land
Annual Christmas event, free to public & supplying food to Fish of Albany
PARKING:
Location is in rhe Cascade Building, with free parking behind the building (near the airfield)
CHANGING AND STORAGE: We are planning to set up a large tent for the changing & storage space near the bathrooms, we ensure this year we will have proper lighting and we will have someone watching the tent for security of belongings
COSTUME REQUESTS: We are happy to have any and all characters, appropriate for families.
BLASTER POLICY: Blaster and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend
OTHER DETAILS:
Over 140 displays for the public to walk through, trains, Grinch and Santa Claus.
ANYTHING ELSE: DIRECTIONS TO CHANGING AREA use the Exhibitor entrance off of Price Road - There is a little ticket booth there, and you'll drive through the opening on the right side of the booth. You'll see our semi-trucks parked behind the building. You can park along the airport fence, or between the semis.  The SWO entrance has changed.  It's now one of the doors further to the right - the entrance accesses the men's bathroom. (There will be a sign on the door.) The tents are right inside that door.  There are two tents set up for your staging and equipment storage.
