A reveal party at for a Make A Wish kid who’s going to Disney World… and LOVES Star Wars!
WHERE: Olive Garden, 1302 Lancaster Dr. NE in Salem, OR
DATE: Sunday, May 7th
TIME: family will arrive at 5 host (Pattie) asked if we could be dressed and in front of the store at 430 for the arrival
CAUSE: Make A Wish Oregon
Granting Wishes for critically ill children
PARKING: Free parking at the restaurant
CHANGING AND STORAGE: None that I’m aware of.
COSTUME REQUESTS: Storm troopers, Mandalorians, droids, Chewbacca…. Any would be welcomed!
BLASTER POLICY: Blaster and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME:
No, please keep signups limited to adult members of Cloud City Garrison and Kashyyyk Base
OTHER DETAILS:
Our MAW kid is a 16 year old with cystic fibrosis. We’re throwing a surprise party for her, hosted by the Olive Garden in Salem
ANYTHING ELSE:
I’m picturing 2-3 characters meeting her outside at the door, and escorting her through the restaurant to their table. We’ll be set up inside with balloons, banners, etc.
Host Pattie just informed me that the celebrated name is Lily she has no clue we will be there so bring the kleenex cause I will be a bawling mess LOL!!!! just wanted you all to know her name :)
