OTHER DETAILS: We use you folks every year, but I am contemplating joining once my rotj Vader suit is built
ANYTHING ELSE: Restroom, changing area, food, drinks, employee chaperones to facilitate interactions, and any other reasonable accommodations I or another employee or two will be acting as chaperones and facilitating interactions, photos and anything else you guys need. We will have a neutral wall inside Last year we sectioned off a covered area where we usually store our carts outside. It’s a large area and well away from the elements. I will be bringing in my rather large lightsaber, helmet and prop collection and was hoping to set up a table outside next to you guys so kids can take a pic with a prop and you folks as well. We are planning on providing pizza and drinks for you guys
