Hello and evening.
My name is Michael Dorry and Iam beyond excited to join the 501st.
I go by Dorry, because there are to many michael's in the world.
My user name is papaoxy.
I am born and raised in Oregon. I grew up in St.helens. Though I currently reside in Vancouver Washington along the border.
I have a medical, first aid background along with first responders training.
Currently own 4 lightsabers from saberforge and a homemade sith cloak.
I'D love help out the 501st in any way possible.

I have the same ability! First two times I donated, I passed out on my way to the snack station after it was over. The second time, one of the guys suggested that I lay flat and elevate my feet while I donate instead of sitting up. I haven't had a hint of an issue since, and I'm one donation away from 5 gallons now. Just an idea to try, if you don't already! When they ask which arm to use, I tell them and then add on, "And you'll want to lay me flat--trust me, we'll both be happier." Never been an issue!
