I'm in the home stretch...

Added the snaps to the pockets on the coveralls.

Added a snap to the ab and belt buckle to keep the belt in position.

Finally "finished" the backpack.

Just need to work on the head wrapping and the scar makeup, then approval photos!

Yes looking forward to seeing this finished. Could the head wrap be done as a sort of hat or bandana style wrap?

Incredable daryl! Looks awesome! Great job, we only need 4-Lom now and then we'll have them all!

Making some last minute wearability improvements before Dengar makes his debut this weekend.

I added a thigh garter system to hold the thighs up.

Thanks to my good friend Mike for helping me sew velcro on some thigh straps a couple months ago, and then I added snaps to the straps and snap plates in the thighs.

Since the garter belt will be worn inside the coveralls, I cut these slits on each side for the thigh straps to pass thru, and sewed them button-hole style to prevent fraying (this fabric frays super bad).

Then I glued some foam in the back of the thighs to help keep them behind the diamond knees.

I'm converting this to be something sorta like an MG42, which is Dengar's screen used weapon.

I've also made a few trooping improvements to the costume:

1. Added a little velcro on lower neck of the coveralls, and to the shoulder bell strap, to better keep it in place.
2. I made boxes, out of poster board, to fill-out my pouches, and I also darkened the pouches with some black paint.
3. I cut some foam that I will use on my shoulders, inside the coveralls, to help pad the weight of the backpack.

We'll see how it all works at the Evergreen troop.

That looks pretty good Daryl. Reminds me I need to get to work on my own DLT.
