Copy/pasted this info from "Pandatrooper" in the Canadian Base/Badlands G as a fellow dual member to booth legions, I send an invite out to our Southern Vode's and hope your Base/Garrison can send a representative to see how us Western Canucks can put on a show, hopefully you will be impressed with our first big con on the Canadian West coast.

I posting some info here from the 501st Badlands boards. I am the squad leader for the Outer Rim Squad in BC, and I already checked with Haru Windsong / Cary Ann and she said it was fine to post info here.
Of course, RL members are welcome to hang out with us for various events etc. Currently, the table and booth is 501st specific content. RL can join us in photos, etc. I would also love to have any help RL members may want to contribute in the form of setting up, tear down, assistance manning tables, booth, kids hour, etc. No obligation, but help is appreciated and I would like to see more presence and collaboration between both clubs.

- there will be a 501st PR table and photo booth. I have communicated we will have a backdrop on display.
- We have discussed the photo booth being a free booth (no donation) this year as it's our first year at Fan Expo in Vancouver. This means no photographer, con guests use their own cameras.
- We are already "booked" for a Fan Expo group photo session time spot. Might take place in the booth, might be somewhere in the convention center. Location TBD. The group photo is a tradition at Fan Expo and everyone looks forward to it.
- We will be hosting 2 panels: one on costuming and one on props, potentially these two might be combined.
- They have asked us to host a Star Wars "kids hour". This involves kid friendly activities for younger con goers, such as activity booklets, mini-costume contest for kids with prizes, etc.
