COSTUME REQUESTS: This is one I had not thought about, And I know that different people have different definitions of modesty, I am going to say 1950's standards
PHOTOGRAPHY PERMITTED: Photography and even video- we love it.

MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: absolutely, we are a community presented parade and have dads and kids and lots of youth group participation, we encourage children to be part of this celebration
OTHER DETAILS: We are inviting you to join us for the 73rd Veterans Day Parade here in Albany, Oregon. Our theme this year is Freedom: Continental Army to Space Force. This parade is one of the largest Veterans Day Parades in the country and at times draws up to 50K people and more to our small town. The celebration is a weekend long one with a banquet, memorial ceremony, static display at the airport and culminating in the parade.
ANYTHING ELSE: Banquet 6pm on the 9th, Memorial-8:30 am on the 11th, Parade begins at 11am on the 11th with check in time 10am on the 11th.
Costume appearance time: at check in for the parade if you choose to attend the other events, at arrival.
please note we cannot throw things to the crowd if we want to pass out candy or cards or anything they need to be handed, but please try to refrain from that and doing photos as it can cause issues with the parade and its moving forward.
