PARKING:
PARKING AND ENTRANCE GO TO AQUA LOT THERE WILL BE A SECURITY GUARD THERE JUST TELL THEM YOU ARE WITH STAR WARS OREGON YOULL GET IN AND PARKING IS NEXT TO THE PAVILLION WHERE WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE GREEN ROOM.AQUA LOT IS ON 17TH RIGHT BEFORE THE JACKMAN LONG BUILDING

FAIR ENTRY: gate passes are available to volunteers we just need to know ahead of time to prepare for guests


CHANGING AND STORAGE:
We can use the big ampitheater green room or the volunteer room that is closer to the center of the action.  (Or both.)
PHOTOGRAPHY PERMITTED: yes
BLASTER POLICY: they are fine
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: this should be ok as long as they are monitored
OTHER DETAILS:
the Marion County Fair!! we have our big "mascots day" this year its on the 14th its when we have all our heroes, strolling characters and mascots hang out and bring the fun and smiles "we would be honored if you joined us" be a wandering presence at the fair and have fun with the patrons getting pictures and high fives
