I have a pulled quad muscle so will see how I am feeling by tomorrow. I got adjusted on Wednesday at my Kinesiologist appointment since one leg was shorter but still feeling a little off center too.

We need one person to sign in at the headquarters (Info on attached file with rules).

We need to be lined up no later than 6:30pm.

There is also a digital pass should anyone need to pick up at the dismantle area.
