Skyview High School/Concert Hall 1300 NW 139th Street, Vancouver, WA 98685
DATES:
Saturday, December 10th
Arrive: 5:45pm
Preshow appearance: 6:30pm - 7:00pm
Intermission appearance: approximately 8:00pm

Sunday, December 11th
Arrive: 1:45pm
Preshow appearance: 2:30pm - 3:00pm
Intermission appearance: approximately 4:00pm

CAUSE:
Vancouver Symphony Orchestra
To enhance the quality of life in Southwest Washington by providing symphonic music of the highest caliber in live performances and through music education in schools, concert halls, and throughout the community.


PARKING: There is parking in the school parking lot that is free.
CHANGING AND STORAGE:
We have a choir room where all belongings can be stored and people can change which are close to restrooms.
COSTUME REQUESTS:
It is a family friendly event and we would love a mix of Imperials and Rebels. We will be playing the Star Wars Suite that includes the Main Title/Princess Leia's Theme/The Imperial March/ Yoda's Theme/Throne Room and End Title.


BLASTER POLICY: Blaster and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend
OTHER DETAILS:
Vancouver’s favorite holiday event! Bring the whole family to enjoy classic holiday favorites alongside exciting pops hits, including the beloved works of film score legend John Williams.
ANYTHING ELSE:
We hope you are available and we have worked with you in previous years. Also we can provide a few comp tickets to the friends and family of the people appearing.

I'm gonna try real hard to make the Sunday troop as my TB. Would need to leave before the intermission though.

Last night's show was about 600 guests, and Sundays show is sold out, so there will be many more.  They have us set up in room 312, plenty of room and water.  When you pull into the lot, the entrance for it is right in the parking lot and enter the second door in from the right.  Staff should be there but if not, follow the corridor to the right and you'll find them past the stairs by the front entrance.
