DATE: Saturday, July 27th
TIME: Entirely up to you guys, we’re happy to have you! LETS PLAN ON 11AM WITH A START OF NOON
CAUSE:
Grand Opening of Our Community Center
We are opening an art and music focused community center for youth and families in Keizer, to serve our communities in Salem and Keizer. This day will be filled with art and fun for all ages in a safe and sober environment. We are painting a mural together and presenting other various art projects. We are also holding a raffle to help raise funds for the community center.


PARKING: Parking behind the building
CHANGING AND STORAGE:
We are unable to accommodate, but could set up a canopy tent with walls outside in the parking lot.
COSTUME REQUESTS:
We are a prehistoric themed space, so if there’s any dinosaur like star wars creatures, they are highly recommended. :)
PHOTOGRAPHY PERMITTED:
Yes, but anyone wearing a button with a red stop sign on it, their face must be blurred out.
BLASTER POLICY: Blaster and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend
OTHER DETAILS:
Grand Opening, focusing on creating art together and letting our community know we’re here.
ANYTHING ELSE:
If you guys want to come early to discuss the space and future costume creation demos, please let me know or we can save for another day. I’m excited to work with you in any capacity.
