Title: A better way to upload photos......
Post by: Ilovesanddirt on October 30, 2011, 12:20:47 PM
The uploaded for me is slug slow! Is there a faster way? I can upload 4 pictures at a time, anymore than that and it doesn't work. But the 4 take forever! Now granted I have crappy "Joe's internet and waffles" out here!  Please help!

I'd like to upgrade the gallery software we use.  There are quite a few out there which handle uploads better -- but the negative is typically all the existing albums and files must be manually moved to the new application which could be quite a chore.

I volunteer to help, I would love to see our gallery (and forum) software upgraded and will volunteer my time to help make that happen.

New guy here, I was spotting at Evergreen Aviation, and I have as many as 150 good images to upload.  Plenty of character shots, as well as crowd interaction and reactions.  Several candids as well

Other than uploading 4-5 at a time, is there any other option available?
Does the current forum allow for bulk uploads, from the front or back end?
Who should I contact about this?
Thanks in advance,
