Hi there,
My name is Janet, and I found out about this organization through my son Ron. I just registered because I was intrigued on finding out more of what my son is so excited about, and in researching, I've become excited about it too.
I've been a Star Wars fan since the first movie came out in 1977 (yes, I'm dating myself). I live in Eugene and saw the next two events are here!
I'm working on getting into shape so I can eventually make a Mara Jade costume, but until then, I'd like to work with you in any way I can. I'd like to become a spotter, or get involved in any way possible.

Hi mom! Mwahahaha, and the contagion spreads through the family :) I've found having a character you're excited to create a costume for works really well as a motivator to help lose weight. The folks here are awesome, I'm sure you'll love it here!

Hi Janet, Welcome to Cloud City Garrison. we have 6 members that live down here in Eugene and Surrounding area. I am glad that you want to meet us at the Events in Eugene. We are looking forward to Star Wars Night at PK stadium and also marching in Eugene Celebration parade.

well hello there! since youve thrown yourself under the bus and dated yourself I will too, I too have been a fan since seeing Star Wars the 4th showing on opening night back in 77!!! I too owe every thing to my mom, she saw to it that my brother and I were there for the first showings of the next two, Ill save these stories for a different thread :wink:
