Title: Newbie Trooper in Beaverton Oregon

Heya all!

I'm Sean and I'm in Beaverton. I'm a Oregon/Southwest WA native but was in San Diego for a year. I got involved with the 501st down there. I recently transferred up here.

I've had my TK Armor for almost a year now. I haven't been able to use it much and I'm looking forward to doing some events here. I've thought about getting some clone trooper armor. However, I need to use my TK armor a bit more before I do that.

I'm a ubber geek, I like comics, anime, DnD, Sci Fi and especially Star Wars. I look forward to posting on here.

Welcome aboard.  As Darth Vader, we definitely need more troopers to put down the Rebellion.  As a Rebel Fleet Trooper, we definitely need more "boys in white" to aim at.  I hope to troop with you in the near future, my friend.

I know it is short notice, but as Allan has suggested, check our calendar for future events. There is one this Saturday, in fact. I am sure that it won't be too late to add you to the roster, should you want to participate. If you need directions, or want to carpool, let me know, since I am coordinating this event.

Thanks guys.

I haven't read over the rules for the group. But I think it would be fun sometime to go some place random with our armor and act like everyone else. Like go to wonderland or round table pizza with it on. Just to see people's reactions. Let me know if this is even possible (I know there are rules for what we can and can't do.)

It's a bit short notice for this weekend and I need to fix the calf plates on my TK armor (I've got big calfs). I'm definitely going to sign up for one of the events next month though.

Hey man, I go random places in costume all the time (Safeway, The mall, Church, School, etc.). It's always fun to see peoples reactions... As a matter of fact, I went to my Friend's house with her boyfriend (my best friend) and we were both in Jedi costumes, and we decided to be "dancers". Our opening line was "Did someone call for Jedi?" She laughed at us... good times
