I have my three pics, and  pretty good idea about what each individual piece is (I was up til 3am with my Best friends girlfriend drwing out stuff). My goal on this one is gonna be 4 months. I'm not sure about the chest... should I try to do abs, or leather?

Based on that one reference pic, I would say that is, most likely, hard armor - abs. It would take a master leather worker (I am not it!) to pull off something of this scale to make it out of leather. Molding it in plastic might be easier... provided that you get the master mold made, of course.

Leather would look cooler but I would have to agree with Bill about the easier time with the Plastic.

cool... I will research on how to make molds and stuff, then i will do it out of abs... its not a really hard shape, so I hope it goes easy...

I'd suggest either plastic or get a padded vinyl chest piece made.  I can help with one part though...

Hewy that chest plate looks like it could easily molded, no undercuts, good for vacuum forming.
