Title: Are Kushibans copyrighted?

Weird question I know but I'd just like to know because I'd love to have a costume made of Crescent and not a lot of people will make copyrighted stuff.

More than likely LFL/Disney do have a copyright on it if they've been in books/comics/tv shows/etc.

For many of our costumes, we've been allowed to create costumes as fans as long as we're not profiting from them. IE: Someone makes your costume and then you make a business of visiting kids on their birthday as Crescent. :)
