Hello Everyone,

My names Will and I’m from the Tigard/Portland area born and raised. I’ve been really hoping to meet more people to share my hobbies with and my love for Star Wars. I’ve never made my own costume or Cosplay but have been thinking of joining the 501st for a long time. I’m hoping to start putting a Phase 1 Clone Captain Armor set this new year. I’m also into figure and toy collecting.

I’ve always wanted to be a clone, since the Original Clone Wars Cartoon on Cartoon Network. I think it would be an excellent place to start! I’ve started the process for making an account for the Clone Detachment of the 501st but any and all info will always be appreciated. I don’t know much but want to make my dreams come true and meet like minded people.

Welcome Will! Sounds like you're off to a good start. So with clones they're duel approvable for both Rebel and 501st.

Yeah they are the only costumes with this particular perk. Were you thinking of a specific character? You also have choices of realistic and animated for some. I'm a TK but if I ever go to a clone I'm all about a Phase II Commander Fox.

There is no particular character, but in chapter 3 when the Clones fight their way through the city, that blew my mind as a kid. The commander from that episode is what I think of when I think of Clone Trooper. He has the pauldron and skirt. I couldn’t find a specific Armor graphic for him but I didn’t checked the animated section, I may do that.  Good choices! My wife are I are starting to watch through the newer cannon Clone Wars series. I don’t know the characters too well but I’m excited to see them in action! How long have you been a TK?

If he is red then that sounds like Fordo. Just a bit over a year and working on my second set of TK based armor, a crimson trooper basically a red TK.

Oh and the canon TCW is amazing fills in so much between episodes II and III.

Oh wow I had no idea, that is totally him though! ARC 77. Thanks for pointing that out, makes this even more exciting haha that’s awesome, I can’t wait to see it! How far along are you on it? Yeah my wife and I have really enjoyed it so far, we’re not far in since we were working our way through the 8 movies I’m time for this week but now I’m gonna be watching it non-stop haha

Just wait until you get to season 6. Almost done with it, down to the last shin and then just need to add on the ammo pack and sniper knee and the body is done Then it is fitting and strapping After that I need a belt and silicone hand plates. If you're on FB dig me up.

I’m glad to hear that! That’s fantastic, how is it going?

Well right now I have registered for the Clone detachment but never got an email :( I reached out to the man in charge and am waiting right now! I’ll probably reach out plenty once I get started though, thanks!

My only armor right now is my TIE pilot. Back in the day I had a TK, but I sold it a few years ago. Mostly I wear my rebel or resistance pilot, ANH Leia, or battle arena Padme. One of these days I'll finish my snow scout!

Oh that’s awesome, TIE Pilots are fantastic I’m design, I love them. Those are great, I’m glad to hear you have so many! It’ll be killer I bet, good luck!

I'm the DCO for the Clones of the Republic in the Rebel Legion and have 2 clones myself, a 212th grunt and ARC Trooper Fives. Any questions feel free to ask.

Do you have a particular Clone in mind, there are 153 possible approvable Clones in the 501st, so far, and if you didn't already know the Clones are duel members, so you can be part of the Rebel Legion as well as the 501st.
