I want to applaud you for your excellent build. It is evident that you took a lot of care in building it. With only a few minor tweaks and adjustments you can most definitely achieve Expert Infantry and Centurion certification for your costume, the highest honors in the Legion for costume accuracy. I would encourage you to consider that, if you haven’t already. It is completely optional and provides no perks other than personal pride of workmanship. If that is something you wish to pursue then I and others can help you get there. If not then you’ll have just as much fun trooping too. :D
Congratulations again and hope to see you out trooping soon!
