I'm looking into making my own neck seal, but I'm running into the issue of finding an appropriate material. I would greatly appreciative of any help in this. If this isn't the place for this feel free to move it.
Thanks in advance guys and ladies.

Jim Moser is the man to ask, he made his. james.p.moser on CCG forums.
Check his build on FISD:

That is pretty cool and thanks for the link Daryl. I was actually looking at PandaTroopers neck seal, overall I like the look of it and I'm on a budget. A tight one at that. But his is simple and looks really good. The problem is I can't find the material for it. Check it out though.

So I found this and think it will work out using Pandas build as a template for my own. It's a slightly different material and a little thinner, but I'm sure it will be workable.

So I had a long brown box arrive today with my neck seal material. After opening it up I'm not sure it will work. I figure if it won't then I can use it for armor padding.Hello!

So I went ahead and got some of this for the showing side of my neck seal. Now I just need to put it together.
