WHAT: FairCon at Clark County Fair
WHERE: Clark County Fairgrounds, 17402 NE Delfel Road Ridgefield, WA 98642
DATE: Saturday, August 8
TIMES: TBD
CAUSE: FairCon is not specifically a charity event, but I have talked to the organizer about setting up a photo booth and taking donations for Make-A-Wish or one of our other charities.
PARKING: We will have parking passes and free entry to the fair.
CHANGING AND STORAGE: TBD

Hi, guys. Sorry for the late update. It looks like we'll be there from 11:00-1:00. Look for the SWO group in the midst of the FairCon area of the fair. The folks at the gate should be able to direct you to the general area. Ask for Scott or Harry, our fantastic COs, and they'll get you going. I'm a maybe for the event since I'm working 7p-7a the night before.

I'm trying to get my hands on parking passes and tickets. I hope to have them in hand tomorrow.

I might not have enough to cover all of the costumed members and the spotters who have signed up.

I will update when I know how many the organizer can cover.

Daryl and James,

I have enough tickets to get you into the fair on Saturday. However, I think I only have one extra parking pass.

We will meet at Bricks and Minifigs in Ridgefield at 9:30 am on Saturday. The store is right next to the fairgrounds. I will hand out the tickets and passes there.
