DATE: Saturday, August 16
TIMES: 11:00am-1:00pm; please arrive at 10:30
CAUSE: Chelsea Hicks Foundation
PARKING: Lot will be reserved for us
CHANGING AND STORAGE: Private space with bathroom and kitchen

I would also like to help spot. If help is needed. It will also be my first and introduction to the garrison.  Let me know what I can do to assist.

I know it's last minute, but I was hoping to be added to the list of spotters.  If someone could please PM me or update this post with the parking location, it would help prevent me from wandering aimlessly.  :)

Great! I have not seen any parking updates. I would ask for directions once you get there. Just tell them you're with the Star Wars group. They'll be able to direct you.

Great seeing everyone again, and an excellent job from the other spotters! Airborne Trooper and the Darth Mel did an awesome talking with strangers while I hid in the back. :)  Also... thanks for the spotter pro-tips from Phil!  We'll all be sure to keep a closer eye on those chaos-causing scout stragglers. ;)

Thank you guys for helping out at the event! It was a pretty quiet crowd but it still makes me feel much better having extra eyes and mobility around us.
