Event Name:  CUBSCOUT LOCK IN 2011
Venue:  ALBANY EXPO CENTER

Event Start:  6:00PM  -
Event End:    10:00PM  -
Donations will be for Food bank  
Expected number of attendees:  1,000 kids
Requested number of characters:  15-20
Requested character types:
Secure changing/staging area: Yes
Comments: Cubscout "lock in" is the bigest indoor campout on the west coast, and this years theme is space, we have kids activitys such as bb guns, archary, knot tieing, button making,nerf guns,fishing demos,robot wars and much much more.... for 4 hours!

we get boys and familys from washington, califorina and all over oregon attending this event. In most cases its the highlight of a cub-scouts year and is an event thats rarely missed by oregon familys!

after 4 long hours of entertainment and food, we calm the boys down with stage entertainment and clear out the expo center and ready it for movies and beds to be laid out, then we play movies from 11pm to 7am, then give the kids breakfast and they go home (talking about the event till next year)

Would I be able to bring the Jawa's?  Cody is finally old enough to join the scouts but he is only in kindergarten so they won;t take him.

We will have to drop out of this because of what happened to me this week, sorry guys I was hoping Cody would get to see the cubscouts  since his sister is a girlscout.
