Title: RIP X-Box 360--My turn I guess....

Well this last weekend, after two years, I received my Red Ring of Death recall notice.
I was playing lego batman when all of a sudden I received a freeze up then the dredded
image. I wanted to cry........ I hate microsoft!!!!

Ours did that ten days before Xmas.  I had already got the boys guitar hero, New Xbox Live cards as well as several other games.  :evil: I had to get a new Xbox as well.  I got lucky and found a close out 20 gig model for 199.

When it happened to me they sent me a new one... and six months of XBOX live.

Oh, and I texted you how to fix it - it really works - fixed mine (I still sent it in for repairs though)

Yeah I know the bath towel method.
Its a free fix, to send it in, so I just plan on doing that.
The wife, for valentines/ Anniversary, bought me a PS3
so I have MGS4 and Fallout 3 to keep me company. Hopefully
there are no 360 only games coming out soon that I can't
live without.
