OK guys, let's roll!
Saturday July 5th, from 10AM till Bill leaves :wink:
I am in serious need of getting my NEYO armor going and i know alot of you guys have stuff to do also. So, let's do it....no excuses!
For all of you new guys that have signed up recently, I strongly recommend that you come to check out how this stuff works. It's your chance to see these costumes up close and learn from all of our experience and mistakes.
I'll leave it up to everyone about what you want to do for food, but we could always do pizza or any of the other places around my place ( Sonic just opened up down the street :D)
my place is in vancouver. I'll send out PM's with directions for anyone that rosters up.

I am sorry, but could some one clarify which day the armor party is going to be on.. The, main, subject line still reads 7/5/08, while the title line, on Grumpydevils' post (Re:), reads 7/8/08. I want to make sure we are supposed to be at Greedo's house on Saturday (7/5) or Tuesday (7/8).

Thanks for the information. I was wondering at the armor party, could we work on building a blaster? I have been itching to work on a DH-17, this (http://www.instructables.com/id/Make-an-LED-Blaster/) one in particular. It is a blaster I have been thinking of making for part of a, future, uniform.

thats what an armor party is for, you bring your projects and work on them in a friendly environment. Just don't leave anything by Cooter.... :mrgreen:

by all means my friend, bring anything you want to work on. I have TONS of tools, but if you are partial to any of your own, bring em'.

Honey, be nice. You can leave things by Cooter... unless it is drying and he is sanding armor :P
I'll be bringing my Vader hemlet/mask to get the suspension system right. Oh, I'll also be bringing my tub of tricks which includes 101 exacto knife combinations and a dremel kit.

I won't be there.... sorry Chris. Nick is in need of a ride for the birthday party so I am going to pick him up and head straight up there. Then it is BBQ over at Kevin's place.

at this moment I don't know if we'll be able to make it, Volund worked a graveyard last night and is currently not with the world aka out like a light. if he wakes up in a couple of hours we might be there in the afternoon because he does need to get his vadar helmet suspension fixed
