Laser engraving. I cant penetrate metal so there is a film/spray you apply to it then hit it with the laser and it bonds to the metal surface. As for plastic, wood, acrylic, glass it just engraves right into the surface.

That is really neat! I like the lappy case. Is that Kamina from Gurren Lagann?  Also bunny girl on the right? At least that's what it looks like. o.o

actual that is not a laptop case that is directly to the lid of the lap top.  As for the "Kamina from Gurren Lagann" I have absolutley no clue what you said. there sre just images I though would make an impression and look good. Something that I hoped people would remember when they wanted engraving done

Ohh..it is the laptop itself..that is even cooler! While it saddens me that wasn't put there because of knowledge of the character (it's from a Japanese anime, at least it looks like it), it is still really neat nonetheless.
