But I want to know about the rest of you. Have a prefered day in march? Let me know. I want to make it so the most amount of people can attend. :) So please reply!

This Meeting will be open to the public so if your new please by all means come and listen in!

I am available weekends. But I can be available during the week, anytime after say 5pm. That would give me plenty of time to be wherever the meeting would be held.... in theory, anyway.

March Friday evenings ok, maybe a weekend day.
For me, the date would have to be nailed down so I can arrange the time away from Lucas.

Sorry Allen, I don't think I'll have enough free time to commit to what amounts to a FULL day of trooping right now.  I'm putting in a LOT of hours at work and building props for clients in the evenings so I can pay off 5 round trips tickets to Australia for our trip in August, plus I'm TRYING to get a grip on the house remodel going on during all that.  I won't even be able to make the meeting if it's down that far South, I'm just so tightly locked down for time!   :?

Depends on my work load and my website. Evenings (after 6 PM) or weekends. I'm available after March 9.

Thanks.

Uhhm I'm switching to eveningshift (FINALLY!!!) instead of night shift so hopefully it'll just be a day I have off (and I have no idea what those are yet since the staffing coordinator doesn't see fit to call me...) If I have the day off I will try to make it.

Saberwolff ( Will ) anytime of the day or night after 5:30 works for me. Weekdays or weekends. I would PREFER it be somewhere near Salem ( even though I live in Cornelius ) if that is a more central location. I don't think I could make it to anything further south than that.

I am getting real close. i have a bunch of white parts in a box. I have to finish my belt then reattach my ab/cod. My helmet is sitting here primed ready to paint white then deatil out. Irealy dont have that much left just need a block of time to actual sit down and do it. i almost could use an armor party if any one else wants to get together. it just seems so much easyer to get the stuff done in that setting.

Any time on the 22nd is good for the wife and I.  With a week away, is there an ironed-down location yet?
