Just wanted to start this thread.
Thanksgiving. We give thanks to those around us, family, and friends Old and New. We give thanks to our health and the health for everyone. I especially want to give Thanks to everyone here for all of your support through the toughest times I and my family has ever been through. Lucas continues to improve each day and is growing strong. With his heart fixed and beating as it should, he will soon be off of the ventilator completely and just have a little oxygen support until March when his trache will be removed and closed. Thanks for your support, kindness, well wishes, and most all, your prayers.

Yep. Happy Thanksgiving to the group. We've been happy to rally around you, Eric. Life is tough enough as it is, but to have friends and family around is a real blessing.

I'm thankful for the people i get to spend my Thanksgiving with... not to mention the food ;)

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. I will be working tomorrow. Kind of a bummer, but to look at the bright side of things, I am thankful for my peers, good friends like Robin who hooked me up with this job and I am thankful for being employed. When you put that into perspective, then working the holiday isn't so bad.

Well I will NOT turn down some grub! It really isn't so bad. I work 7am to 3pm.... of course the buses will be running on the Sunday Schedule, which will be a pain. But I will manage. Working holidays aren't a big deal to me. It is just another day that I get paid to work. :mrgreen:

I am thankful for all the new friends and connections I have made this year in this group! You guys are awesome, and being a part of the 501st (though not officially....heh) has really meant a lot to me.

Hi just wanted to say thanks for letting me join you guys. Now that I'm official with the 501st. I look forward to traveling to exotic,distant galaxies,meeting wretched hive of and villainy... and disintegrate them. Oh and Happy Thanksgiving to all.

I am thankful this year for having found a group that allows me the honor of meeting people who care.
